XX/XX/XXXX And XX/XX/XXXX also XX/XX/XXXX on all three of these days the company refused to comply with the guidelines associated with insurance through comenity bank and the assurant policy which was purchased several months before the account became late. Then on XX/XX/XXXX customer service refused to transfer the call regarding changing the statements from electronic to paper, refused to send a paper Statement. On XX/XX/XXXX the company refused to modify the issuance of statements from electronic to paper then after " fully verifying '' the man on the phone said " ALL OF YOUR PHONES HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. '' This was at the end of the call and the man was unusually reluctant to allow paper statements for the account.
