In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold me a beautiful, XXXX XXXX bedroom XXXX bath XXXX XXXX home for {$76.00}. This home had all the upgrades and was the perfect layout to meet the needs of my young daughter and myself. This home had literally just rolled on to the lot and was equipped with upgrades that actually sold me on this home. Primarily the full sheetrock, hvac vents at ceiling level.. not the floor, XXXX wood trimmed top and bottom throughout entire home, a beautiful stainless steel range hood and solid wood cabinets with drawers ( soft close ). My approval through 21st mortgage that day guaranteed that home to me as seen on the original loan approval. I am a single mother living with a XXXX XXXX XXXX and had recently had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was aware that I was recovering from having my XXXX XXXX XXXX. The conditions of my current home were so extreme that XXXX XXXX made the decision to tear down my home instead of trying to move it. They gave me {$2500.00} trade in for this XXXX XXXX model mobile home. After being inconvenienced and homeless after XXXX months of waiting, I finally got the call that we were ready to close. XXXX and I scheduled the closing for XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX telling me that we had to reschedule the closing because the closing paperwork had to be reprinted due to a small clerical error on her part. XXXX XXXX worked with 21st Mortgage to falsify another loan in my name changing the serial number of the home and the year model to a XXXX XXXX model that was pieced together to resemble my home but used the cheapest material and literally glued as much together as possible. XXXX threaded faucets and shower fixtures that have been the cause of absolutely every leak in this home which gets my homeowners claims denied Not only did they give me a molded, water damaged home with bowed out walls, multiple water leaks, XXXX mold not once but now twice covered my walls in which we sat for XXXX months. I have filed XXXX Hud reports. The underside plumbing does not support the inside. XXXX XXXX also dug XXXX into my yard, dug up all water and sewer pipes and power pole. It took nearly XXXX grand to fix my yard by having a retainer wall and replace all the damaged pipes and power source. They did a XXXX turnaround in XXXX during a XXXX rain. It was XXXX days and {$10000.00} later that i was finally able to get a clear look of the inside. This home is a trainwreck still and they keep me behind on my mortgage. This caused me such XXXX XXXX that I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to the conditions of my yard. Now I am completely XXXX and am XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide for my daughter and am in the process of waiting for XXXX XXXXXXXX approval. I currently have XXXX water leaks and MOLD AGAIN. I hear clanking in the pipes when the facilities are used. My washer has been backing up into my sink since the XXXX month in the home. My ceilings are cracking, and my washing machine power outlet is near the floor behind the washer, nor is it surge protected making it out of code. This will surely cost us our lives. Directly behind that cardboard wall is the water heater plus HVAC system return. I have outlets hanging out from the wall. In the XXXX bedroom no heat or air comes through the vent. I feel like Im in a death Trap and scared for my family. My hvac system builds up formaldehyde and emits it through the ventilation system. A whole house ventilation fan that must be running ALL THE TIME. This is not something I would have agreed to ever and was a sure way of void my XXXX warranty with XXXX XXXX XXXX Complete Negligence on the part of XXXXXXXX XXXX and their associates. This cost me everything I had and forever changed my life and my daughters. 21st Mortgage approved my loan using my XXXX XXXXXXXX check and pay for part time employment with my employer. I had just returned to the XXXX XXXX after having XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX with restrictions due to my recovery. i returned back to the warehouse but no restrictions were crossed at work, and it made even less since as to why i began having pain in my neck and shoulders. I went for XXXX on the XXXX XXXX XXXX and my doctor added a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was in the midst of an XXXX XXXX I am no longer employed nor receiving benefits. I have also been paying a mortgage and taxes based on the original home and purchase price. Their agents are not helpful but bullies that try to intimidate you to a point of harassment through phone, texts, voicemails and emails! They hijack your call by recognizing your phone number and will not allow you to resolve anything. I begged them to stop. My XXXX was so high that i had AN XXXX XXXXXXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Everything I state is fact and I have all documentation and photos to support EVERY fact. I then had to live with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX caused just by trying to get into my house every day. They put me in foreclosure when I changed homeowners ' insurance, and they have recordings of all those phone calls too. 21st also has stated that they have never taken any action to foreclose. I am attaching a letter I just received with the intent to repossess. I have a child, a car that just had a XXXX replaced, which set me back. I have more car issues to attend to as well as having more water leaks fixed. Plus, my child must eat. I am the one whose credit, taxes, mortgage and purchase of this home is fraudulent, and I am killing myself trying to prove their guilt, but they have taken everything from us. Please understand the difficulty that it is to contend with this nightmare day after day with my XXXX now and then, but I am not going away. I need attorney representation in all aspects of this case. I am asking the State for guidance. I have both loan approvals along with an entire XXXX XXXX of correspondence, documents, photos and video to show the condition of this home at delivery AND CURRENT ISSUES AND CONDITIONS. I have my current credit report and my IRS tax form and property taxes. I have all closing paperwork that was never signed or notarized by anyone at the time of closing. I have proof that these cabinet facing were made by XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX. I have names of all employees for XXXX XXXX, 21st Mortgage and XXXX XXXX that assisted in this lifechanging event. I am currently in the appeals process for full Social Security benefits. These last few medical events in the last XXXX years have changed my entire quality of life forever and deemed me unable to provide for my daughter. My XXXX job. I have a XXXX daughter that deserves the WORLD, Now, I can barely keep her fed and dressed. She can't expand on her gifts as she normally can when her mama is broke and broken. I have filed XXXX HUD complaints that can be verified thru the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is my contact. I have filed complaints with the XXXX on all XXXX companies The FTC and Office of Attorney General.. 21st Mortgage and XXXX XXXX both responded. I have an original page with signature that ended up with copies. Property taxes show I have a XXXX home but it is XXXX They made lots of mistakes in the paperwork. The XXXX XXXX is XXXX not XXXX.
