On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX I attempted to book a flight with XXXX XXXX. The initial XXXX attempts left me stranded. I eventually spoke with an agent who told me that my charge for the entire flight will be {$430.00} and that he would refund the other XXXX attempts XXXX was {$390.00} and the other was for {$450.00}. XXXX he did not refund those the cost for those flights so I disputed them I was issued credit and those credits were reversed after the credit card companies so called investigation, I believe that the disputes department for XXXXXXXX XXXX is lazy, incompetent and XXXX decision influenced the outcome that they made and that decision has cost me nearly {$1000.00} of being overcharged and this is unacceptable included with this complaint is a copy acknowledging the unfulfilled refund from XXXX XXXX.
