Experian continued to reporting inaccurate information on my credit report pertaining to a bankruptcy. I contacted them several times but unfortunately not positive resolution on this matter yet. I also contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX XXXX to find out why they furnished misleading information to the credit bureaus, but they could not release information unless I will seek for legal advice. Furthermore, I called their legal team but not additional information was given besides a short memo stating that they " can't control '' what credit bureaus reports on my file. According to FCRA inaccurate or incorrect information must be delete it from the credit report, as they continue reporting wrong case number, name, address and even my name. XXXX and XXXX already delete it this bankruptcy from my credit report but Experian refused to do it by constantly responding that they verified the account as accurate but when I asked whom they verify the information with they can't answer that. I will appreciate this situation is investigated because they can't continue reporting incorrect information on my credit report. Thank you
