In 2022 I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying that I owe around {$11000.00} and must be paid within a set time. Initially I thought it is a scam letter and ignored it but I kept getting same letters. So I tried to contact them on the phone and informed that I have never applied for a loan and never received any loan amount. But I kept getting the debt due letters from XXXX. I have written couple of letters to XXXX XXXX, XXXX requesting for proof of my application, approval of loan, email sent, proof of check issued and to whose name, or proof of money deposited and to which bank. I never got any response. I filed a complaint to Federal Trade commission and received acknowledgment of complaint and was told that they have contacted the bank to send the necessary documents. I then received a mail with a form for police report of identity theft but since I never filed a police report I could not fill up the form. So far I have never received the proof that I requested. Yesterday I got a letter from Mandarich Law firm with intent to sue for non payment. I am an employee of USPS with basic salary and I feel I should not be responsible to pay such a large amount which I have never borrowed. I will appreciate if you could help me in this regard. I am attaching the letters I mailed to XXXX XXXX. XXXX company, and the mail I received from the Mandarich law firm. Thank You.
