I had identity theft and I reached out to this company and explained the situation and they asked me to send in documents I sent in everything that was requested plus more to show them this really is not my account. They responded by saying it is my account and Im responsible for paying in. I then requested their legal department info and they said they can not give it to me. These types of companies think they can do say whatever they want to us and its ok. Even though there violating my FCRA rights.
