Our property taxes are paid every month from our mortgage payment ( we have never been late in payments and have made every mortgage payment without fail and PHH hasnt made the property tax payments as of yet after repeated attempts to request they pay. We have called and emailed all of the information to them for XXXX months now and get the run around. We have a notice of XXXX on our property from XXXX XXXX since the taxes have not been paid.
