I was in the hospital last year for XXXX month dealing with XXXX XXXX issues. I let XXXX know I was in the hospital. I told them several times. They called everyday. Obviously cause I was late. I told them I didnt know how long I was gon na be in the hospital. Im a veteran so I going through a XXXX program. Near the end of my program they sent me deferment contract to defer the XXXX months. I was late on. I missed XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. So a deferment pushs those payments to the end of my loan. I signed the deferment contract on XX/XX/18 after I signed they hit my credit report with two XXXX day late payments. For the months that I deferred. Now how can that be if I deferred the payments to end of my loan. You can be late on something you dont have a payment for. Their policy with XXXX is XXXX your late. I was able to get the one removed. But they will not remove the one for XXXX. Tell me how Im XXXX late on a deferment contract. For payments that were moved to the end of my loan. Even if I was XXXX days late for XXXX. My payments are due on the XXXX of every month. So signing the contract on the XXXX of may would still not make me late. They refuse to do anything about. I reported it to the XXXX. They said they cant do anything. This is a legal binding document. On top I am being charged over XXXX % APR the state max is XXXX %.
