Thank you for taking the time to remove some of the fraudulent items from my file that resulted from alleged fraudulent activity. However, there are still items remaining that need to be addressed. I was a victim of fraudulent activity and this is another request to remove the items from my credit file resulting from alleged identity theft. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) you are required to remove any items not later than XXXX business days after the XX/XX/XXXX. Ive already included this report in my previous letter & I am including it again.
