FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY OCCURED WITH MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I WAS AROUND SOMEONE ( NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE # PROVIDED ) WHO WITHDREW {$2000.00} FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM XXXX XXXX IN DELAWARE. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS PERSON GUESSING OR KNOWING MY PIN # TO WITHDRAW FUNDS AND ALSO DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO USE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. DUE TO MY PIN BEING THE SAME FOR MY CARD AND PHONE, THEY WERE ALSO ABLE TO SEND FUNDS VIA XXXX XXXX IN THE AMOUNT OF {$1700.00}. I REPORTED AND FILED A POLICE REPORT WITH XXXX POLICE DEPT. AND DETECTIVE XXXX CAN BE REACHED FOR CONFIRMATION. I SHOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE USING MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS UNTIL I CHECKED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THIS PERSON ALSO STOLE MY PHONE IN THE PROCESS, WHICH MADE IT HARD FOR ME TO MONITOR ANY TRANSACTIONS THAT OCCURED WITH MY DEBIT CARD. I HAVE BEEN A NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION MEMBER FOR YEARS AND HAVE NUMEROUS CREDIT CARDS, LOANS, AND ALSO CDS. ITS VERY UPSETTING TO KNOW THAT MY CLAIM WAS DENIED. I WORK EXTREMELY HARD FOR MY MONEY AND TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO TAKE IT FROM ME IS ABSURD.
