I also, must add that your recent investigation doesn't provide a data furnisher name, it only states that it was certified to your company that the information is accurate, my question is how and from whom? Please validate this information and provide me with copies of any and all documentation associated with these accounts bearing my signature. I formally request that this information is immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my social security number. Please note that I am closely monitoring my credit file and you have exactly XXXX days to complete this investigation as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) and I will be keeping very careful records of all actions taken regarding my file.
