I am going through a hardship at this time. I specifically ask Bridgecrest for help in putting my delinquent payments to the back of the loan. I was trying to be proactive in requesting help and they still failed me. I was never late with car payments for over 10 years until recently having a separation from my spouse and working through as a single mother getting through some hurdles to get back on my feet with no help. I requested help fr Bridgecrest, but they did not want to provide a hardship plan for me that will help my financial situation at the moment. I attempted to be proactive however they dont work with you the way you really need it. I really needed the help more than ever. The purpose was to retain my vehicle, instead they didnt help me, they just repossess my car with a payment already processing prior to repossession and they still took the vehicle away anyway. I am now in a much worse predicament. Ive asked for help before and now I know certain they wont work with me with my car is repossessed as they will expect full past due payments. Something I cant afford in one lump sum which Ive again attempted to seek help for.
