My XXXX XXXX account was placed on a restriction without notifying me of any reason why after being able to access and use it for months without any issues before this incident. Now after calling and constantly trying to get the situation resolved it seems as if they just plan to deny me access of my funds without having been notified of the restriction that was placed on my account or any reason as to why it had been placed the account to begin with. After numerous attempts of trying to contact XXXX XXXX/SoFi and speaking with numerous representatives they haven't given me any reason why a restriction was placed on the account but they are constantly asking me an XXXX XXXX XXXX man to try and follow some steps in order to verify my identity which I have tried and their system can never seen to work correctly and verify me. When I opened the account I didn't have a single issue with identity verification in fact they also asked a few questions only I can answer in order to verify my identity and everything seemed to go along pretty smoothly for a while until XXXX day they just decided to restrict the usage of my account to me without notification or explanation as to why this had been done. Being an elder and trying to use this new technology to the best of my ability has really began to take a toll on me because you have to understand that things aren't as easy for me as they once had been and I have grown agitated and irritated because this issue has persisted for far too long and I have done everything in my power to resolve this problem but it seems to me that they are not concerned with fixing this issue and would rather hold my money XXXX.
