XXXX violated the Fair credit reporting act that was established to protect consumers. By reporting fraudulent information on my consumer report without my permission or conducting an investigation, has caused a significant impact on my score and my mental health. Under the credit reporting act, it clearly states in 15 usc 1681b that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in connection with any credit that is initiated by the CONSUMER ONLY .... if ( A ) the CONSUMER AUTHORIZES the agent to provide such report to such person. XXXX was negligent in furnishing my consumer report in which is discriminatory and has caused me to be denied credit and to lose out on business opportunities and income.
