TransUnion XXXX XXXX continue to violate federal consumer protection laws. You are required to do a reasonable investigation. I continually ask for the proof they have completed such investigation to validate the account listed as XXXX XXXX. They instead keep sending the same generic response with no evidence to support their claim. It is my belief they both are violating the law by not doing an investigation at all or my simple request for proof of such verification done should be honored. Since they have had 2 separate occasions to provide me with documentation for their claims this is my final and last attempt. If you do not have the paperwork to back up your claims then I kindly request you delete this collection or please go ahead and pay the arbitration cost as outlined in your service agreement so I may pursue my claims and recover damages you are causing me.
