Since 2019 I have been trying to get PNC Bank to remove their derogatory comments of non-payment from the credit report. The charges were due to identity theft and fraudulent charge activity. I provided detailed information including a sheriff 's report, a police report with the name of the police officer, factual information demonstrating that I could not have made the charges, and an FTC report. I have interacted with PNC Bank many times without success or resolution. I have requested the investigation information that PNC Bank fraud investigators have accumulated under the FCRA policy, i.e. ; I am entitled to that information so that I may respond directly to the incorrect information obtained and for which the denial to remove their derogatory comment is based from my credit report. PNC Bank CEO has refused to provide that information and his representative has informed me that I would require a subpoena and letter from my lawyers. This is incorrect as I am entitled to that information, to dispute PNC Bank 's incorrect information
