I'm getting tired of this. My credit card company got paid originally twice by me on XXXX. They returned the OVERPAYMENT with a check and AFTER that they AGAIN charged me. They are lying by saying they paid me XXXX times by paper check. In the end NOTHING was resolved. They got paid {$78.00} twice which is {$150.00}. l asked them to refund the second payment. They sent me a check. So the remaining {$78.00} was my payment l made on XXXX. Once they sent me the check that should have resolved everything but instead they AGAIN charged me {$78.00}. They took back the refund they gave me!! How is this resolving anything?? I ended up paying {$150.00} when all l owed was {$78.00}!!! They are getting away with this!!! They are lying!! They got paid TWICE they refunded me ONCE with XXXX paycheck. Then charged me {$78.00} again. So on XXXX I AGAIN paid them {$78.00} because they refused to fix this even though I kept explaining to them that I ALREADY paid them on XXXX.
