I received a letter from XXXX XXXX about a data breach. I was unable to be verified when I tried to sign up for monitoring. Some of the security questions obviously didnt pertain to me. Experian then said there was a security freeze. I have never placed a security freeze on my account, but have placed fraud alerts. I have been completely unable to log in or access Experian at all to even find out the problem. I am repeatedly locked out when I try. They asked for a pin and I gave them what I have written down. They said its the wrong pin. It sounds like someone else has hijacked my Experian account and changed everything, but they arent even helping me to get it fixed.
