LVNV FUNDING LLC has violated my rights as a federal protected consumer under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. LVNV FUNDING LLC has taken my PRIVATE/ Nonpublic Personal Information and has made it PUBLIC and I as the consumer had no knowledge that they were releasing my Private / Nonpublic business matters Publicly. LVNV FUNDING LLC has unauthorized disclosed of my Private/ Nonpublic Personal Information such as but not limited to : Name, Social Security Number ( SSN ), Address, Date of birth, Payment history, Late payments, Balance amount, Account number, Date opened, the status of Account which describes as a Collection of Bad Debt, and Original Creditor Name to nonaffiliated third parties such as but not limited to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX The listing of this Unauthorized Disclosure Of Private/ Nonpublic Personal Information without giving me the consumer the opportunity before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party has resulted in a chain of damages against my XXXX score which also has resulted in denial of opening new lines of credit, and/or opening new property leasing Agreements due to derogatory comments and/or listing such as but not limited to : Name, Social Security Number ( SSN ), Address, Date of birth, Payment history, Late payments, Balance amount, Account number, Date opened, The status of Account which describes as a Collection Of Bad Debt, and Original Creditor Name to nonaffiliated third parties such as but not limited to : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. According to 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) ( A ) LVNV FUNDING LLC NEVER clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the me the consumer, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title, that such information may be disclosed to such third party ; ( B ) LVNV FUNDING LLC NEVER gave Me the consumer the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party ; and ( C ) LVNV FUNDING LLC NEVER gave Me the consumer an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option!
