XX/XX/2024 I did some online shopping with a clothing company. The total paid was {$51.00}. The package was suppose to arrive 3-5 business days. XX/XX/2024 I reached out due to not receiving my package. I then realized that this company was not real. I sent in the proof of evidence to credit karma. A dispute was file. I reached back out to credit karma today and they told me the reason I didnt get a refund is because the merchant has to confirm if they were scammers or not. Why would a scammer reach out???
