On XX/XX/XXXX I requested a consultation with XXXX XXXX to see if they could help me with a Probate processing matter. The lady said the payments would one {$120.00} when I didn't the application it went from {$120.00} go {$510.00} mthly. I told the lady I could not pay that to cancel all request. She agreed to do so. Then a couple of weeks later I checked my credit and it showed a new loan with Uplift. I investigated and realized it was XXXX XXXX the lady had sent me an email saying her and her manager tried to contact me that they didnt cancel and wanted to wait until they reached me by phone. I was really upset it ruined my chances of getting the house I inherited with a reverse mortgage because with this new loan my debt to income ratio is to high. I have been getting the run around with both XXXX XXXX and Uplift to remove this and they just keep putting it on me. Not a good thing because this is the house I live in and grow up in and my father passed on XX/XX/XXXX mother passed XX/XX/XXXX .... XXXX apart. I just want my credit cleared up and to move on with my life. I go to probate this Friday and still they want more stuff to prove the unauthorized account is reporting I just dont want to give then anymore stuff. Can you please help me so I dont lose my house. Uplift has been credited as far as XXXX XXXX says but Uplift wont clear my account and remove it and they want me info than with XXXX XXXX has given. They want a screen shoot of their account reporting on my credit report. That is very suspicious to me so I decided to contact you for help me revolve this matter. Thanks again XXXX XXXX
