Complaint XXXX case number has been closed since the company provided a response. The response is in fact a lie. To day, XX/XX/XXXX I do not have access to my digital data. I have made multiple calls, met with the branch manager of the XXXX XXXX 2 times and have been told the data is still not available. I verified this again yesterday by logging in myself on XX/XX/XXXX and the digital data is not provided. I was told by several members of the digital team that this is a wide known issue at NFCU and they are working to resolve. THIS IS NOT RESOLVED. I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY DIGITAL DATA ORIGINALLY REQUESTED ON XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached screen shots of my digital pages, taken today, to show the data is not available. NFCU stated 90 days of data is available at a time which I have always complied with in gathering digital data. I attempted to download from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. As evidenced by the screenshots, " No transactions found. Try adjusting your filters or search term. '' I attempted to download data from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. '' NFCU continues to mislead all organizations, credit union members and business organizations by providing false narratives and blocking members from digital data. Please advise.
