I am writing to address the inaccuracies in my credit report, in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ). This will mark my third attempt to have the following items removed, as I have identified several discrepancies that need to be rectified. The first issue pertains to three accounts from XXXX XXXX that are inaccurately listed under one account number ( XXXX ). Despite being two auto loans and one credit card, they are erroneously grouped together. Furthermore, these accounts were sold to a collection agency ( XXXX XXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX, resulting in different balances being reported. Despite my request for validation of this debt in XX/XX/XXXX, I have yet to receive any response or validation from XXXX XXXX. In addition to the aforementioned discrepancies, I also want to address the 18 inquiries on my credit report that were erroneously placed without my consent. Despite explicitly requesting that my credit not be pulled, a car dealership initiated these inquiries after I provided them with my credit report. The dealership subsequently acknowledged their error and sent letters to the credit bureaus requesting the removal of these inquiries. I have enclosed copies of these letters for your reference. I am attaching copies of my Driver 's License, Social Security Card, the letters sent to XXXX XXXX and the credit bureaus, as well as my formal last letter detailing the discrepancies on my report and referencing the applicable laws. I urge you to investigate these discrepancies promptly and take the necessary actions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of my credit report.
