XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX, I had reached out via phone to the company to make a payment on my account, at the time the women on the phone had submitted a payment, but when my next statement got generated, it was still showing a past due balance, I called back and apparently this had been applied to my other loan account. They said no one problem we can't apply it to the other account but we will send the payment back and you can make the payment again. Which I did and they still marked it late even though it was not an issue on my end. I will not be dinged for them applying the payment to the wrong account and never would have been late had that not happened and would have gladly paid an additional payment, had they offered that when instead they said to wait till the other payment got returned to me. I hope they'll correct this before I have to take this any further Including potential legal action.
