The first situation was on XX/XX/XXXX I tried to withdraw money from the ATM located at the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX using my XXXX XXXX XXXX. Tried to get {$500.00} but the ATM froze. It made a sound like it was about to dispense the cash but nothing came out. Went into the Bank and talked to the XXXX showed my transaction cancelled receipt to XXXX XXXX who said that he needed to audit the ATM. Next day called me saying that in fact there was money at the bottom drawer of the ATM but he needed to double check. Went to the Bank again and he told me there was nothing wrong and the XXXX didn't showed anything wrong. Asked him about the money at the bottom Drawer and he said " I never said that ''. Told him to please verify the ATM video but he refused. My bank opened an investigation but XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX responded that there was no mistake and I actually withdraw the money. Because of this my bank charged me overdraft fees. Again on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX had the same situation but this time at the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Went into the Bank but they are being evasive and couldn't speak to the XXXX. There is an ongoing investigation with my current bank.
