I was assured by XXXX XXXX of Summit Collects that a {$35000.00} payment at the time of my sale of my property fully satisfied a judgement a former attorney had placed on me. ( Please note that that former attorney is being investigated by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel ) but regardless, I opted to make the payment. XXXX XXXX stated affirmatively in writing that the $ XXXX was the full payment but then her client, XXXX XXXX XXXX said after the sale of the property that the payment was only " partial satisfaction. '' XXXX XXXX told me that he was wrong, that it was FULL satisfaction. But then he ordered her to not communicate with me anymore and she has not responded. Further, I had asked her multiple times to provide me with an accounting of her firm 's collection fees and she to date, has failed to provide that. Further, in an email that her client XXXX XXXX submitted to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX calls me a " fool '' and wrongly accuses me of " playing games '' even though in good faith I had been regularly in touch with her agency... they ignored me for months.
