I have wriiten several letters to XXXX, Experian, XXXX and XXXX to have public records removed and deleted from my personal credit file. The most recent letter sent was in XX/XX/2024. It has since been 30 days and l have not gotten a response. All ( 3 ) credit bureaus fail to properly investigate my situation. I have contacted the U.S. Bankruptcy Court who have stated that they do not report to any credit bureau. I have uploaded a copy of the letter sent from the courts. Which l have also sent to all ( 3 ) credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX on several occasions.Therefore the info in my credit file is inaccurate and do not comply with the FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ) should be removed and deleted immediately.
