Dear XXXX XXXX, I am writing to formally dispute the continued reporting of a charge-off status on my account number XXXX to the credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion ) . Despite this account being charged off, it has been reported with monthly charge-off statuses, which is both inaccurate and misleading.
