I traded in my RV that was financed through BMO, the dealer received the payoff and submitted the check, I also had direct payment of my loan through my bank, after the loan was paid off BMO took my scheduled payment which now was an overpayment, I called them and they said it would take 7 days to return it. After 7 days and not receiving it I called again, this time I was told to allow 14 days to receive it, after not receiving it in in 14 days I called again and was told I would now have to wait 30 days. I feel they are intentionally delaying my payment.
