This loan is a deferred interest loan that is reporting my balance incorrectly. It is not reflecting my payoff balance it is reporting my balance with deferred interest. This is negatively impacting my credit score and has been since we took out the loan. The original amount was {$13000.00} and our balance is {$8500.00}. However, the financial institution is reporting {$12000.00} as they are including deferred interest. Deferred interest is due only if I do not pay off by the time of the promotion period ending on XX/XX/year>. I am requesting they change their reporting practice to report the actual balance due during the promotion period.
