XXXX XXXX closed or charged off the account shortly after the issues with the car were reported back in XXXX they only began reporting missed payments and the account as open again after the XXXX money started going out in XXXX in an effort to extort their previous customers, have been reporting missed payments month after month to keep people from being able to rebuild their credit and life after they experience a financial hardship. The debt is not collectable as the statue of limitations for the contract have run up. The original terms of the loan were 48 months so they should only be able to report the missing 48 months and from there the account should have been closed on the credit reports and listed as charged off.
