We obtained a solar loan from our bank, whom wrote 2 checks to the solar company. The solar company never completed work. One of the checks was VOID due to not completion and time. Somehow the solar company got their bank to allow them to depost the visibility VOIDed check. The solar company and my bank have not helped me one bit in trying to recover these funds. As such we are paying a are forced to pay for a loan for work not copleted based on a check that that should not have been allowed to be deposited.The name of the bank is, Banc of California ( Formerly Pacific Western National Bank, PacWest Bank ) this is the Solar companies bank that allowed the deposit to occur.
