In XXXX of XXXX Freedom mortgage went into my loan without my knowledge and unprovoked added a note to my file stating disaster relief and then changed my payments that were listed correctly as on time from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX to no information available and my credit score plummeted. Freedom mortgage then went in unprovoked and removed the disaster note but did not fix there reporting error and re report my XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX back to on time payments so my credit could be corrected and go back up. I have had ( 5 ) phone calls over the past XXXX months with them where each time they escalated the call to management and have confirmed my payments were on time and should be correctly reported as on time and in good standing. Each time I wait several weeks for this to be fixed and it has not been changed then its back to square one with a new representative and new manager who has no clue as to why it happened and i get every excuse in the book. There was NO storm, my payments for those months were ON TIME. My disputes through XXXX XXXX and XXXX said the issue was resolved but freedom still has not reported it correctly.
