On XX/XX/2024 at approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX. I was a victim of fraud through an unauthorized transfer of funds on my chime banking account amounting to {$4900.00} I was talking to someone who was supposed to be a person of chime, the person I was speaking with was a chime support worker who would help me with a transaction on my chime account using a XXXX app but while I was speaking to what I thought was a representative of chime, they somehow got into my account and transferring funds amounting to {$4900.00} through the pay anyone feature and then another {$750.00} through XXXX XXXX which I disputed the {$750.00} already through chime and I have received that back at this time. As for the {$4900.00} The dispute got denied two times already I currently Reopened it And submit it all my proofs which i dont understand why this one is getting denied. Please help me get my funds back it would be greatly appreciated
