This complaint is against LVNV FUDING LLC. I have no contract with this XXXX XXXX debt collector. They also never notified me in writing and if they did please provide evidence that you notified me before parking this on my consumer report without my consent. You are in violation of the FCRA/ FDCPA if this account isn't removed/ deleted from my consumer reports I will pursue suit and remedy to a federally protected consumer. Account number listed on my consumer report is XXXX I have never done business with XXXX XXXX XXXX delete this from my consumer reports. I am also questioning the account balance lIsted that I owe on my consumer report shows a balance of {$400.00} how did you verify this amount? please provide your method of verification under the FDCPA. ALSO why is the original balance a different amount? I also have the right to privacy I need this deleted/ removed because I never gave you consent to furnish this on my consumer report and if I did where is the evidence? You are also reporting inaccurate and incomplete information why are there payment terms of 1 month on this collection account by the name of LVNV FUDING LLC? Why is the date opened being reported as XX/XX/XXXX? Why don't you have any payment history for the months of XX/XX/XXXX? XX/XX/XXXX? XX/XX/XXXX? If this is a collection account how can you put a status of " COLLECTION ACCOUNT. {$400.00} past due ''? I have never opened an account with LVNV FUDING LLC remove and delete this immediately. Why is there a date opened? I have never opened an account with LVNV FUDING LLC and if I have where is the evidence that gives you the right to report this on my consumer report? DELETE REMOVE IMMEDIATELY and send me an update under the FCRA and FCDPA regulations
