Term : Revieve {$320.00} bonus when you open a new checking account and direct deposit {$1000.00} within 90 days XX/XX/XXXX Account was opened XX/XX/XXXX Terms were met XX/XX/XXXX I went in branch in XXXX, CT we hear the bankers would tell me my bonus would be deposited by closing of my statement. XXXX closed, no bonus deposited On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to contact Wells Fargo again. The phone representative gave me a code to redeem my bonus in branch for cash. The agent had no clue what they were talking about, Wells Fargo only direct deposit its bonuses into your account. I am now writing this complaint to get the bonus deposited into my account.
