I received a {$50.00} Vanilla Visa gift card on XX/XX/XXXX. When I tried to use it I was told it was already used on XX/XX/XXXX. I wrote to the company and filed a dispute and they said it has been used through a XXXX account. I do have a copy of the XXXX summery on the date & time it was used and a name of a company that does not exist. There is nothing else they can do. I am getting nowhere with this information.
