I have multiple fraudulent accounts, Names, addresses and phone numbers on my credit report I disputed them and the CRA removed what they wanted too not what I reported to them and then they never responded to me with how they verified or with what info they used. So I filed a Identity Theft report with the Identitytheft.gov I was going to file with local police but they told me because I did not know who the crime was committed by that they cant take a report. So I filled out a affidavit and had that notarized and sent everything to Experian via certified mail with return receipt. They in turn just sent me a letter via internet telling me that they verified the debt as accurate with no investigation steps taken to verify the debt. This took over 45 days and they are playing games by investigating accounts that i did not dispute. They have also allowed companies to view and receive my credit reports and private information that i never authorized multiple times. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who has been homeless for the last two years and currently living in a shelter because of the fraudulent accounts that Experian lists on my credit report are preventing me from acquiring adequate housing for me and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am seeking legal council and representation through the VA free of charge to file lawsuits against Experian for the illegal business practices and the monumental damage they have caused me both mental health wise and financially.
