I was trying to open an account through XXXX XXXX on XXXX, and the rep advised me I couldn't open up an account there because I had XXXX closed accounts, I never banked with this institution in my life. My dad is in the service and was letting me know to get an account because I qualify cause he's XXXX. Well she said there was an account associated with my ssn # tied to some accounts and there was fraud with a savings account, I've requested documents with my signature and also requested documents that says it's me. I went thru Identity theft back in XXXX up until XXXX, there was a host of items put in my name but this bank is not even in the city or state I lived in, so I don't know how that is even possible. Please investigate and remove, and they need to remove the inaccurate info their reporting to early warning systems.
