XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE. I noticed on my Experian credit report this week that you ( experian ) have reported a charge off, which is that has been XXXX and you did a tax write-off. After contacting the IRS they stated that it is illegal for you to report this information on my credit report to try to collect or have a charge status. This is called tax fraud at the IRS and you will be reported for it. I urge you to remove this item from my credit report and file a XXXX so I can review it to make sure you are in compliance. You violated FCRA 15 USC 1681eb and the information you reported is not 100 % accurate. I have been directed by the IRS to file a Form XXXX, Reporting Illegal Tax Violations Against Your Business. I'm pretty sure your CEO or VP and legal board doesn't want to go to court over this. Companies violating any of the XXXX codes in the FCRA are entitled to actual damages and monetary compensation. The accounts that are Charged off and hindering my financial health are listed, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I sent you Certified mail That XXXX XXXX could not validate the debt they say I owed them here is the tracking number XXXX. Since your company or the company mentioned above can not validate this CHARGE OFF I want it removed from my credit report.
