Credit acceptance repossessed the truck in XXXX and the truck was sold. They are still reporting it on my credit as of XX/XX/XXXX as XXXX days late in the payment buy there is no payment. The account should be closed with a balance owed, but no payments have been missed since the payments stopped with the repossession. They are continuing to report my payment as late and the status as being " in repossession '' but the truck was repossessed 3 years ago and sold at auction. They continue to report it as a late payment every month letting my credit score significantly where I can't even attempt to rebuild it. They aren't responding to my numerous attempts at getting them to report it correctly to all 3 bureaus.
