I carry a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX Phone # XXXX without my contest their system enrolled me in paperless statement as a result of that I missed my payment twice ( XXXX & XXXX XXXX ) since I never received any paper statement, they reported me to all 4 Credit Bureaus which made my Credit Score dropped from XXXX to XXXX, I reached to them twice to ask them WHEN & HOW I asked for paperless statement, they replied that I agreed to it ( WHICH I NEVER DID ) but they failed to let me know when and how I did that if it is true also they sais that they emailed me ( I never check my email ) I always depend on the paper statement to pay off my Credit Card balance all of this over a lousy {$35.00} even though I had excellent payment history with them and all my other credit cards, they also charged me {$29.00} late fee for their wrong doing I paid my account in full once I found out that I was late ( By Accident ) even the Credit Bearus told me they can reverse their negative action in you have in the past excellant payment history once again I NEVER ASKED FOR PAPERLESS STATEMENT their system did that and that is why they don't tell me when and how I did that
