PNC Bank and transfer agents have failed to extend credit to consumer by way of credit application. It is responded Of a concern addressed about an " unidentified security ''. However, the consumer has expressly shown and given details in regards to the credit application ( the security ) And The securities fraud that is taking place. I do not wish to be discriminated against by age. I am the majority of sound and able to handle my XXXX and to professionally transact for my XXXX. It is confirmed by XXXX XXXX in the previous response to the CFPB that I claimed rights to credit. Also in the response It states I was Simply not satisfied with the results when this is not the fact of the matter. You can not discriminate against my age ( I am the age of majority ). An application is defined as an extension of credit. I have given PNC Bank principal information relating to my trust and estates account ( XXXX ). I only requested PNC Bank to reconsider the terms in regards of their decision on a consumer extending credit to themselves, I have asked that since it was denied to have my application retracted. To deny my rights to my securities and credit is securities fraud. This is not negotiable. This is not a Personalized response this is In Law. I have done my diligence and contacting regulatory agents within the Security and exchange commission and submitted complaints in regards to this matter. It's not about meeting my expectations. It's about Being in compliance What state and local laws in regards to the consumer, credit privacy act, the equal credit opportunity act, the security and exchange commission provisions in regards to securities and the ceasing of discriminatory and misleading practices..
