I have been calling since XX/XX/XXXX. Customer service agents have told me in server al occasions that the account is not in their system and they will put me on hold for long minutes then drop the call. This situation has been very stressful due to the lack of response from XXXX XXXX in assisting and taking responsibility to provide the documentation and support needed to proceed with my report and investigation of the identity theft. It has also cause a hardship since my credit score has dropped and I am potentially at loosing my borrowing power for future financial plans.
