On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX reported late payments in regards my credit card that I hold with their company to Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX which is a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with XXXX XXXX, however, the company is not complying. Therefore, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act under FCRA 15 USC 1681 Section 602 which states that I have the right to privacy. Under 15 UCS 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Lastly, under 15 USC Section 1666B : a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Therefore, I would like all of these late payments removed and my credit profile updated to reflect no late payments.
