Inaccurate information has been posted to my credit file due to identity theft. I have received letters/phone calls from the sheriff 's department XXXX XX/XX/year>, stating that there has been a security breach of my information under previous employers and/or computer hacks. I've sent out injunctions to all three major credit reporting agencies, ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) notifying them of their misconduct in reporting inaccuracies especially without my consent. I demanded to cease and desist, and that the inaccurate information be removed. However, they removed some information and then reapplied it to my credit file without any notification between the dates of XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/year>. I have suffered defamation of character, discrimination and extensive damages due to inaccurate reporting. I do not recognize the information on my credit file, I have not made any updates to my profile, and I do not authorize any information posted without my consent. the companies involved are : ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Core logic, XXXX XXXX XXXX. ) This is securities fraud and identity theft!
