They have not provided that and it has been well over XXXX days I sent in a dispute letter on XXXX XXXX they just verified it with no proof of repossession or proof of lien XXXX I sent another letter requesting this information on XXXX XXXX. They have not provided me with any documentation. Under the FCRA, if a consumer disputes the accuracy of any information on their credit report and the credit reporting agency ( CRA ) can not verify the accuracy of that information, the CRA must promptly delete that information from the consumer 's credit report.
