XXXX, XXXX refuses to verify these fraudulent debts which have been identified and reported as being the result of identity theft. XXXX, XXXX also continues to report these fraudulent accounts to Experian as being valid when XXXX XXXX XXXX is knowingly failing to comply with the law and has sent me emails stating that they will not reinvestigate the following fraudulent accounts, which is a direct violation of the FCRA. I have a right to dispute any and all inaccuracies appearing on my consumer report an unlimited amount of times until I find that no inaccuracies exist and every data furnisher is likewise required by the FCRA to investigate all disputes filed by a person who is challenging any inaccuracy being provided by that data furnisher on the affected consumer 's report. No statute authorizes a data furnisher to state to a consumer in writing that the data furnisher will ignore all future communications or requests to reinvestigate a claim or dispute filed by a consumer nor that the data furnisher 's decision is final regarding a dispute. XXXX, XXXX is not respecting the law and more importantly, not respecting my rights. Please delete ALL SIX of these fraudulent accounts from my Experian credit report immediately. I did not authorize nor apply for any loan, product or service with this company and again, when I demanded specific documents from them, XXXX, XXXX refused to provide these debt verification documents as well as the information I requested in order for me to try and determine who is misusing my stolen identity credentials and personal information.
