On XXXX I filed a dispute for XXXX transactions on my XXXX account that were unauthorized! My phone and purse were taken from my locker on XXXX while I was working a double shift. I provided XXXX with screenshots showing that my phone was in fact stolen and the claims that were filed with XXXX and how they were approved by assurant. XXXX of the XXXX transactions were person to person transactions, none of which I had approved. The XXXX transaction that I disputed was a money transfer to a debit card that doesnt belong to me draining my entire XXXX account. That transfer was a total of over {$4400.00}! I explained in the comment section what had happened and provided them with a letter of dispute as well. Exactly XXXX minutes after I filed the dispute I went to make sure I filed it correctly and the dispute was denied and closed. XXXX provide you with a screenshot as well. When I called customer service, the guy told me that he was going to reopen the dispute because even he believed it had been closed pre maturely and there was absolutely no way the dispute team with XXXX even looked into my claim because if they had they wouldve noticed right off the bat that the IP address that was used when the transactions were made- was flagged as suspicious and no money shouldve been allowed to be moved until the account was then verified- which it couldnt have been because I didnt have my phone! Ive looked several times since that phone call to see if the dispute was reopened and still XXXX hours later its still showing closed in my end!
