Consumer Narrative
I purchased a Necklace From XXXX for {$230.00} to get it and return it because I didnt like how it felt or looked. I was told I would get my refund XXXX business days after they received my necklace to now be XXXX days out without any refund. Ive contacted them and they stated my refund was in my account which it was not. To then contact cashapp support to understand where my refund was. To be met with no help and the same repeated automated messages denying my request for a chargeback.
